Entering the pressurized acrylic sphere of our Triton 3300 submersible to explore 300-meter Antarctic benthic trenches where few humans have ever descended.
Mounted on the stern deck of Zephyr Expedition is our custom Triton 3300/3 submersible. Featuring an optically perfect acrylic sphere, it offers two guests and one pilot an unobstructed 360-degree view into oceanic depths.
As we submerge into the crystalline waters of the Lemaire Channel, the surface light fades into an ethereal sapphire twilight. Giant Antarctic isopods, luminous jellyfish, and colossal kelp forests glide past the viewport.
Every dive is accompanied by our resident marine biologist, who provides real-time acoustic commentary and collects non-invasive imagery for global polar conservation databases.
“Underneath the ice shelf, there is a cathedral of deep cobalt blue and bioluminescence that defies all imagination.”
— Captain Marcus Lindqvist
